Work Education
At ASPS, work education is an essential part of our curriculum, designed to equip students with practical skills that foster self-reliance and responsibility. Through activities such as gardening, craft work, computer science and basic life skills, students gain hands-on experience, enhancing their problem-solving abilities thus preparing themselves for real-life situations. This program instills a sense of dignity in labour and encourages a strong work ethic.
Performing Arts
Our performing arts program offers students the opportunity to explore and express their creativity through music, dance and drama. By participating in these artistic disciplines, students develop confidence, teamwork, and communication skills. The performing arts provide a platform for self-expression, cultural appreciation, and emotional development, nurturing well-rounded individuals with a passion for creativity. Students from grade 1 can opt for any one of the following: Keyboard, Western dance, Classical dance.
Physical and Health Education
Physical and Health Education promotes a holistic approach to student wellness. Our curriculum focuses on physical fitness, nutrition, personal hygiene, and mental well-being. Through structured physical activities, team sports, and fitness routines, students learn the importance of staying active and healthy. Health education complements these activities by providing essential knowledge about maintaining a balanced lifestyle and making informed choices for long-term well-being. Under this we provide Silambam, Karate, Skating, Yoga and other Sports/ Games.
